Career Blueprint has worked hard to partner with organisations who share the practitioner well-being mission and the philosophy of practitioner well-being no longer being an afterthought. These companies are the practitioner well-being standard bearers and offer a large variety of skills and services. But one thing they all have in common is that they are proactive and forward-thinking about practitioner happiness, health and wealth.
Each one is slightly different, but everyone is sharing their input, content and experiences to create a huge library of practitioner well-being content. All of the partners are known, liked and trusted by Career Blueprint and some of which will be project collaboration partners, so standby for those announcements.
It is fantastic to have such a broad range of companies supporting our mission, this list will grow and grow so standby!
SCOTT LIVINGSTON
Our wellbeing is born of two significant elements, movement, and mindset.
We can think of all we do in life as being born in a process of perception, beliefs, interpretation, feelings/thoughts, behaviours/actions.
JAMES MOREHEN
For me personally it is as simple as eating well, training well, smiling every day and having positive relationships with the people around me. If I do these things each day, my head space is in a great place and other important things in my life fall into place nicely.
RICH CLARKE
Wellbeing is about finding balance between all of the important and essential things in your life and is something we should never stop striving for. Careers can become all-consuming and have an important role, but optimisation needs strategy and careful decision making.
OWEN SATTERLEY
Managing your own well-being is process you learn over time, often after making painful mistakes that impact your health and relationships. Improving well-being starts by understanding that having what you define as a successful career and improving the quality of your health and personal relationships don’t have to be mutually exclusive!
PETER OLUSOGA
We live in a society that celebrates and rewards overwork, and a culture that can easily drive us towards ill-being and poor psychological health in the pursuit of what we’re told we should value. To me, wellbeing is to live a life in accordance with what you truly value, whatever that might be.
DEAN LEAK
I’ve known Josh for a very long time now and I am fully onboard with his practitioner well-being mission. Over the years I have seen a lot of people come and go from our industry and it’s fantastic that there is now someone who is standing up for the coaches and support staff and providing solutions for some of the things we deal with on a day to day basis.
RICHARD HUSSEINY
To me the art of wellbeing forms the container in which I flow through life. It means I can accept what life has to offer, good & bad, whilst showing up as authentically as possible in my day to day with those around me to inspire and empower transformation.
DAN HOWELLS
Its about ensuring that you have the right balance between professional and personal choices, experiences and goals. Its about ensuring you have the right environment within which to thrive and excel in these areas. Without well-being, our personal and professional effectiveness is compromised.
ROB ANDERSON
Having my wellbeing as a priority allows my to show up at my best for my family, friends and athletes. I perform at my best for those around me when I feel my best.
BEN CARTWRIGHT
It is critical for the lessons and stories of experienced practitioners to be passed on to coaches early in their careers. Everyone comes to a stage where well being becomes more important to them and it would be great if this lesson is learnt at an earlier time point.
