Recently we have had people contact us with all different types of anxiety i.e.: Fear of flying, social anxiety, panic attacks, and insomnia.
A few people had been to the doctors and were prescribed medication to help their anxiety. In most cases medication isn’t needed, why? In my experience, there are always patterns to the anxiety. It could have started many years ago, one specific event triggered an anxious feeling. Then over time those anxious fears build, and build and build. Until the person is experiencing full-on anxiety on a regular basis.
One client we worked with had struggled with anxiety for years, they were on daily medication and found it hard traveling to new places or experience any change. They even found it hard being in their work environment. We did one intervention session with them, then shared one of our anxiety hypnosis MP3s for them to use on a daily basis. Within a few days, they felt better, and noticed a calmer sense of being, within a week they had stopped taking the medication and were able to be more flexible towards change.
